Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Accountie, a service provided by Lambda Works AB (org. nr 559539-3041), Sweden. Accountie is intended for use by businesses. By using the service you agree to these terms.

The service

Accountie is a software tool that helps automate bookkeeping and financial administration tasks. It is an aid to your work — it is not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice, and it does not replace professional judgement. You remain responsible for your own records, bookkeeping and compliance with applicable laws.

Connected services and bank access

You may authorise Accountie to connect to third-party services on your behalf. Where you connect a bank account, access is read-only through a PSD2-regulated provider; Accountie does not initiate payments or move money. You may revoke any connection at any time.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for ensuring you are authorised to connect any account or data you connect.

Availability and "as is"

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lambda Works AB is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the service and revoke access at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or as required to operate the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and disputes are subject to the Swedish courts.
